Pumpkin and orange juice with ginger

300 grs Pumpkin
3 Oranges
1 Carrot
1 Glass of water
1 Piece of fresh ginger
2 ml Honey
1 pinch Ground cinnamon
1 pinch Aniseed

Peel and chop the pumpkin, boil in boiling water for 15 minutes and drain.

Peel the carrot and cut into pieces

Squeeze the oranges and peel the ginger.

In a blender, place the cooked pumpkin, carrot, orange juice, ginger, cinnamon, cinnamon, aniseed and honey.

Add the water and blend. Strain the result and put it in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

Serve the juice in small glasses or cups.
